ATHLETE TIMELINE:

Arrival time: 2:45pm

Warm-up time: 3:00pm - 3:25pm (lanes 4 & 5)

• County Entries
• 2:30pm - West Gwinnett opens each day for athletes & coaches
• 3:00pm - West Gwinnett opens for spectators (no saving seats early)
• Volunteers:
  • Heat Sheet/Admissions - arrive at 2:15pm
  • Timers - arrive at 4:15pm
  • Check in with our worker coordinator upon arrival to receive your nametag & stopwatches (timers). Admissions fee is waived.
• Admissions - CASH at door or online at Go Fan (processing fee applies). 
  • $5 for adult spectators
  • $3 for school age
• Heat Sheets: $5 - CASH at door or online at Go Fan (only if purchasing ticket online)
• No folding chairs will be allowed in the grandstand area.
• Team members who are not competing in the session will not be permitted on the deck.
• No parents will be allowed on the pool deck without a GCSDBC security badge.

NFHS Network is live streaming the meet. There is a $11.99 fee to watch, but it's good for a month and will cover the state meet as well.

We are the HOME team.

Seniors will be recognized after the 50 Free event and before the diving portion of the meet. Seniors and their escorts will meet on the pool deck in the back corner after the 200 IM. Seniors, make sure you complete the senior meet form and turn in to Coach Pitt by WED, 1/11.

We are the AWAY team.

Boys dive first followed by the girls.

Meet timeline:

12pm -  boys warmup for one hour (8 boy divers)

1pm - boys meet starts (we anticipate it will last one hour)

1:45pm - girls report (13 girls) 

2pm - girls warmup for one hour 

3pm - girls meet starts

5pm - approximate end time

Our team is responsible for concessions and the hospitality room at this meet. Please sign up to volunteer.

Divers will participate in this meet OR the Hudson Memorial 11 Dive meet on 12/2.
