• SwimTopia registration and all registration payments are due today.
• Physical forms via Rank 1 are due today. Instructions can be found under the Forms & Links tab on the site. Physician signed forms must be uploaded as well on Rank 1.
• All team jackets and optional spirit wear must be ordered by today via the Takedown 360 ordering link under the Forms & Links tab.
• Swimsuit orders are due by October 4. Click Forms & Links tab for the Reddiset suit ordering link.

The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will cover these topics:

• swim & dive program
• registration procedures
• booster club budget vote 
• coaches introductions

Spirit wear and suit fittings will follow the meeting. 

A couple important notes:  

• All swimmers and divers must have a sports physical submitted via Rank 1 by October 4, 2022. This includes a physical form signed by your doctor. Rank 1 instructions can be found under the Forms & Links tab on the website. 
• All swimmers and divers are required to purchase a team suit and team jacket/anorak.
• Registration, suit and spirit wear orders, and volunteer deposits will be online again this year. 
• Registration window: 9/27-10/4

RSVP & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Please RSVP by clicking the green RSVP button above.
• In the RSVP section, select ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING for each person listed (swimmers, divers, and parents). Then add the number of guests as needed and click "SAVE" at the bottom.
• After RSVPing, click the payment button on the RSVP page to pay for parents/guests. All payments and RSVPS are made online only. No walk-ins or money will be accepted at the door.
• RSVPs may be edited up through 2/21. 
• Payments cannot be refunded after submitting, so please make sure to carefully determine the exact number of attendees before submitting. Thank you for understanding!
• Deadline to RSVP and pay for guests is Tuesday, 2/21.

• Swimmers, Divers & Coaches - FREE
• Parents and Guests - $15 per person

VOLUNTEERS:

• We need some volunteers to help set up, serve, and clean up. Most families have already fulfilled their volunteer obligation for the season, but we need help to make the banquet a success.

COACHES GIFT DONATIONS - Deadline Friday, 2/24:

For all their hard work, we would like to recognize our four coaches - Sydney Partlow, Mia Hahn, Frank Pitt & Heidi Cuticchia - with a monetary thank-you gift. We are asking for donations from the NHS Swim & Dive families.
