9-10:30 AM - Deck Set Up

10:30 - 1PM Console Training

If you are setting up the deck or running the console you will need to attend one of these dates - 10/12 or 10/19. 

Practice will begin after mandatory team meeting ends around 3pm. 

After the team meeting, we will take group and individual photos of the seniors. 
Please wear a white tee shirt and your team jacket!

Registration opens after meeting. Look for the blue "Register now" button on right side of the home page.

Registration fee and volunteer deposit all paid via the registration link. Team apparel & suits purchased on vendor sites (see Forms & Links tab beginning on September 21.

RSVP & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Please RSVP by clicking the green RSVP button above.
• In the RSVP section, select ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING for each person listed (swimmers, divers, and parents). Then add the number of guests as needed and click "SAVE" at the bottom.
• After RSVPing, click the payment button on the RSVP page to pay for parents/guests. All payments and RSVPS are made online only. No walk-ins or money will be accepted at the door.
• RSVPs may be edited up through 2/20.
• Payments cannot be refunded after submitting, so please make sure to carefully determine the exact number of attendees before submitting. Thank you for understanding!
• Deadline to RSVP and pay for guests is Tuesday, 2/20.

COST:

• Swimmers, Divers & Coaches - FREE
• Parents and Guests - $16 per person

VOLUNTEERS:

• We need some volunteers to help set up, serve, and clean up. Most families have already fulfilled their volunteer obligation for the season, but we need help to make the banquet a success.
