JOIN US FOR THE 2022 NHS SWIM & DIVE AWARDS BANQUET Monday, February 28 6:30 to 9 pm The Hanger/Bricks at Perimeter Church 9500 Medlock Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097 (entrance off of Old Alabama Road) Catered by 
RSVP INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please RSVP by clicking the green RSVP button.
- In the RSVP section, select ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING for each person listed (swimmers, divers, and parents). Then add the number of guests as needed, check out, and pay online.
- All payments and RSVPS are made online only. No walk-ins or money will be accepted at the door.
- Reservations cannot be changed once online payment is made, so please make sure to carefully determine the exact number of attendees before submitting payment. Thank you for understanding!
- Deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, 2/22.
COST:
- Swimmers and Divers - FREE
- Parents and Guests - $15 per person
VOLUNTEERS:
- We need some volunteers to help set up, serve, and clean up. Most families have already fulfilled their volunteer obligation for the season, but we need help to make the banquet a success.

ATHLETE TIMELINE: Arrival time: 3:45pm Warm-up time: 4:15pm (lanes 4 & 5) ADDITIONAL COUNTY DETAILS:
- Masks required in facility.
- 2:30pm - West Gwinnett opens each day for athletes & coaches
- 3:00pm - West Gwinnett opens for spectators (no saving seats early)
- Volunteers:
- Heat Sheet/Admissions - arrive at 2:15pm
- Timers - arrive at 4:15pm
- Check in with our worker coordinator (Lynn or Barb) upon arrival to receive your nametag & stopwatches (timers). Admissions fee is waived. No wristband required (your nametag is your wristband).
- Admissions:
- $5 for adult spectators
- $3 for school age
- Masks and wristbands (West Gwinnett only) required. Please refer to Barbara Taylor's email to secure a wristband if you wish to attend in person. Wristbands must be acquired BEFORE the meet. They will not be available at West Gwinnett on the event day.
- Heat Sheets: $5 for prelims; $2 for finals
- Parking: Because our team has the last warm-up time, parking will be a challenge. Carpooling and athlete drop-off is recommended. Vehicles parked in "no parking areas" (yellow curb; grass) are subject to towing.
- No folding chairs will be allowed in the grandstand area.
- Team members who are not competing in the session will not be permitted on the deck.
- No parents will be allowed on the pool deck without a GCSDBC security badge.
LIVE STREAM LINKS NFHS Network is live streaming the meet. There is a $10.99 fee to watch, but it's good for a month and will cover the state meet as well.
